Every PAS module works from the same structured inspection model, so the drawing, the machine program and the report always agree.
How it works
From engineering data to trusted results in four steps
No manual interpretation, no retyping. What the drawing requires is what the machine inspects and what the report shows.
Import CAD & drawing
SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Creo, STEP or IGES, or just a PDF drawing. Native SLDPRT + SLDDRW pairs are handled by the SolidWorks add-in.
Auto-balloon & recognize
Every dimension, tolerance and GD&T frame is recognized, numbered and linked to model geometry. Criticality and tooling are assigned per balloon.
Generate the program
Collision-free CMM program (DMIS, PC-DMIS, CAMIO, COSMOS, Calypso) or scanner / Renishaw Equator routine, simulated before release.
Import results, report
Results flow back into PAS and fill the customer's AS9102 FAI, Cpk, batch, Min/Max and COC templates automatically.
Reporting
Your customer's FAI format, filled in automatically
PAS Report ships with AS9102 templates for Elbit, IAI, Rafael, Taas, Mabat and Malam. Import CMM or scanner results once and every form, Cpk chart and batch report is generated.
